Tips:  Collect items for your Showcase throughout the teaching year.  You may have physical files in which to keep documents for scanning (e.g. samples of marked student work) and  folders on your computer to which you copy potentially usable items such as appreciative emails, lesson plans and reflections on successful lessons.  Organizing the folders according to teaching excellence standards will save you time and will also help in identifying areas of possible strength and weakness.
